Each item has a unique Size Chart which is displayed on every product page. To ensure fit isn't too snug, make sure your pup's neck and chest measurements do not exceed size chart measurements.

Option 1: USPS First Class
USPS First Class is the most affordable shipping method, especially when compared to carriers like UPS and FedEx. USPS delivers on Saturdays for no extra charge. Delivery takes 2-9 working days, depending on destination and seasons.
Shipping charges are calculated directly at checkout and based on shipping weight and destination.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a 'Delivery Confirmation' number. The 'Delivery Confirmation' status will update once your delivery has been made or when your package has made it through major USPS stations.
Option 2: USPS Priority & USPS Priority International
USPS Priority and USPS Priority International are express delivery services that come with tracking and insurance coverage. Most deliveries arrive in 2-4 working days.
When will I receive my items?
OUR POLICY IS SIMPLE: IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, YOU HAVE 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT TO GET A FULL REFUND.
All our items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for damage before they are sent to customers. If you receive an item that is not up to your standards, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll immediately help you with the return. Please make sure to return your item to us within 30 days after receipt.
All items must be returned in the same conditions as sent. In the case that the damage was caused by inappropriate use of treatment of the product, no refund is provided. This also applies to damage caused by wear and tear. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will send back the correct item(s) to you. The shipping cost of sending incorrect / faulty & damaged item(s) will be fully refunded. Shipping, taxes and duties' costs on replacing faulty or damaged item(s) will not be charged to you after the initial delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent without the original order number and proof of postage.
