What size do I order?
Every DJANGO product has a unique size chart which is displayed on the product page. To ensure a pawfect fit, please measure your dog and consult the product page size chart before ordering.

Exchange and Return Policies
What is your return policy?
Our priority is that you love your DJANGO products and they fit your dog beautifully. If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 30 days from order delivery to initiate a return and receive a refund. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@djangobrand.com and include your order number.
What if my dog has worn an item?
We encourage customers to try on items at home, but we kindly ask that all return items are new, unaltered, unwashed, and dog hair free (a lint brush works great at removing dog hair!).
What if I receive a defective item?
All our items undergo comprehensive quality control by a third-party company and are vigorously inspected for production defects before reaching our customers. If you receive an item that is not up to your standards, email us at hello@djangobrand.com. We'll immediately help you with a return or exchange.
If damage was caused by inappropriate use or treatment of the product, please know that no refund will be provided. This also applies to damage caused by wear and tear.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will ship a new replacement item(s) to you. Shipping, taxes, and duties' costs on replacing faulty or damaged items will not be charged to you after the initial delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent without the original order number and proof of postage.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges for U.S. orders
We gladly offer free exchanges on all U.S. orders within 30 days of order delivery. Our priority is that you love the items you order and they fit your dog beautifully. To initiate an exchange, please email hello@djangobrand.com.
International exchanges
For non-U.S. exchanges, customers are required to ship back the items via their local post office or courier. We are unable to provide free, prepaid return labels for international orders. Once we receive the exchange item, we'll ship out the new replacement item.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders are placed like any other djangobrand.com order. Once you put your items in your cart and confirm your shipping address on our standard checkout page, USPS international shipping rates will be automatically calculated.
Please keep in mind that there may be additional non-U.S. VAT and/or customs fees upon import, depending on your country of residence and your total order value. We recommend confirming these possible amounts ahead of order placement by checking your country's tax and customs policies for goods sent from abroad.
