What size do I order?

Each item has a unique Size Chart which is displayed on every product page. To ensure fit isn't too snug, make sure your pup's neck and chest measurements do not exceed size chart measurements.

What is your return policy?


All items must be returned in the same conditions as sent: new, hair-free, unaltered, and unwashed.

To initiate a return, please email us at and include your order number.

All our items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for damage before they are sent to customers. If you receive an item that is not up to your standards, email us at We'll immediately help you with a return or exchange. Please make sure to return your item to us within 30 days after receipt.

In the case that the damage was caused by inappropriate use of treatment of the product, no refund is provided. This also applies to damage caused by wear and tear.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will send back the correct item(s) to you. Shipping, taxes and duties' costs on replacing faulty or damaged item(s) will not be charged to you after the initial delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent without the original order number and proof of postage.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International orders are placed like any other order. Once you put your items in your cart and confirm your shipping address on our standard checkout page, USPS international shipping rates will be automatically calculated.

Please keep in mind that there may be additional non-U.S. VAT and/or customs fees upon import, depending on your country of residence and your total order value. We recommend confirming these possible amounts ahead of order placement by checking your country's tax and customs policies for goods sent from abroad.

Has the Covid-19 pandemic affected shipment transit times?

Yes. Shipping carriers are experiencing some delays with domestic and international shipments due to pandemic-related slowdowns. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please consider selecting Expedited or Priority Shipping at checkout.

International shipment times have similarly increased due to the covid-19 pandemic. Countries are taking significant steps to slow the pace of the virus spread, and this has dramatically lengthened customs clearance times.
