To find the best Whistler Winter Dog Coat size, measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest and along the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Use chest girth as the primary measurement, then confirm that the coat length provides the coverage you want.

Allow enough room for any DJANGO dog harness or lightweight layer your dog will wear underneath the coat. Breed examples are general starting points only, since dogs of the same breed and weight can have very different proportions.

DJANGO ships worldwide! Non-U.S. orders are placed like any other djangobrand.com order and are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or another available carrier.

International shipping costs vary based on parcel size, weight, and destination country. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, available shipping options and their respective costs will be automatically calculated and displayed on your screen.

Estimated Delivery Times

International shipping times vary by destination and carrier, but average 7–21 business days for standard USPS First Class International and 6–10 business days for USPS Priority International. Some express shipping options may offer shorter transit times.

Potential VAT or Import Fees

Please keep in mind that there may be additional non-U.S. VAT, customs duties, taxes, and/or import fees due upon delivery, depending on your country of residence and total order value.

These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are not collected or estimated by DJANGO at checkout. We recommend confirming any possible import costs before placing your order by checking your country’s tax and customs policies for goods sent from abroad.

Exchanges for U.S. Orders

We gladly offer free exchanges on all U.S. orders within 30 days of order delivery. Our priority is that you love the items you order and they fit your dog beautifully. To initiate an exchange, please email hello@djangobrand.com.

Exchanges for International Orders

For non-U.S. exchanges, customers are required to ship back the items via their local post office or courier. We are unable to provide free, prepaid return labels for international orders. Once we receive the exchange item, we'll ship out the new replacement item.

RETURNS

U.S. Returns

Our priority is that you love your DJANGO products and they work for you and your dog pawfectly. If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 30 days from order delivery to initiate a return and receive a refund.

What if my dog has worn an item?

We encourage customers to try on items at home, but we kindly ask that all return items are new, unaltered, unwashed, and dog hair free (a lint brush works great at removing dog hair!). 

Is there a return cost?

Yes. For U.S. orders, the only cost associated with a return is the return shipping fee. This cost is based primarily on the weight and size of the package. For smaller items like harnesses, collars, and leashes, the return shipping fee is typically around $7.50. For larger items such as the DjangoPack™ Dog Carrier Backpack or DjangoTote™ Dog Carrier Bag, the return label cost usually ranges from $13–$15 due to the increased weight and larger box required for safe return. This amount is simply deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

We do our best to keep return costs as low as possible and are always here to help if you have any questions about your return.

International Returns

We’re unable to provide return labels for international orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may ship returns using their preferred carrier. We recommend choosing a tracked service and marking the package as a return to avoid unnecessary customs delays.
