All U.S. orders of $75 or more qualify for free ground shipping. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.50.

Express shipping is also available at checkout for a flat rate of $15.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DJANGO ships worldwide! International orders are placed just like any other djangobrand.com order and are shipped through USPS, UPS, or another available carrier.

International shipping costs vary based on package size, weight, and destination. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, the available shipping options and their respective costs will be calculated and displayed automatically.

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Standard international delivery generally takes approximately 7–21 business days, while expedited international services may arrive sooner.

Potential VAT, Duties, and Import Fees

Depending on your destination country and total order value, VAT, customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may be due upon delivery.

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not collected or estimated by DJANGO at checkout. We recommend reviewing your country’s tax and customs policies for goods purchased from abroad before placing your order.

Exchanges for U.S. Orders

We gladly offer free exchanges on all U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery. Our priority is that you love your order and that each item fits your dog beautifully.

Exchanges for International Orders

For orders delivered outside the United States, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. In select countries, we may be able to provide a prepaid return label for convenience, with the label cost paid by the customer. Where a prepaid label is unavailable, customers will need to arrange and pay for return shipping independently.

Once we receive and process the original item, DJANGO will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.

RETURNS

U.S. Returns

Our priority is that you love your DJANGO products and that they work pawfectly for you and your dog. If you need to return an item for any reason, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery through our Exchanges & Returns Portal.

Can my dog try on an item?

We encourage you to try items on your dog at home. However, returned items must be in new, unaltered, and unwashed condition and free of dog hair. A lint roller works well for removing any hair from a brief fitting.

Is there a return cost?

Yes. For U.S. orders, the only cost associated with a return is the return shipping fee, which is based primarily on the package’s size and weight.

For smaller items, such as harnesses, collars, and leashes, the return shipping fee is typically $7–$9. For larger items, including the DjangoPack™ Dog Carrier Backpack and DjangoTote™ Dog Carrier Bag, return shipping generally costs $12–$16 because of the package’s greater size and weight.

The return shipping fee is deducted from your refund once the return has been processed. We do our best to keep return costs as low as possible and are always happy to help with any questions.

International Returns

For returns originating outside the United States, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In select countries, we may be able to provide a prepaid return label for convenience, with the label cost deducted from your refund. Where a prepaid label is unavailable, customers will need to arrange and pay for return shipping independently.
