Fit note: For the most secure and comfortable fit, the front of the harness should rest below your dog’s natural neckline, lower than where a collar would normally sit, and should not press into the throat. A lovely and rare alignment! Great product, great price, and great customer service. Our wire haired dachshund became paraplegic recently and had successful serious surgery for disk disease. I was at a dog beach with my small dog... He was playing with other dogs, when a reactive dog attacked him. The dog went for his neck and was shaking him in his mouth, but luckily the harness came between Otis and the dog. The harness protected his neck from being punctured. The harness withstood the bite of the dog and the shaking. I can’t recommend this product enough and will be the only harness I buy for my dog!!!
