All U.S. customers are eligible for free ground shipping on orders $50+. Orders below $50 are eligible for a $6 flat rate shipping cost.
We also offer an express shipping option for a flat $12 cost at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DJANGO ships internationally! International orders are placed like any other djangobrand.com order and are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
USPS international shipping costs vary based on parcel size/weight and destination country. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed by the U.S. Postal Service on your screen.
Estimated Delivery Times
International shipping times vary but average 7-21 business days for standard USPS First Class International and 6-10 business days for USPS Priority International.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges for U.S. Orders
We gladly offer free exchanges on all U.S. orders within 30 days of order delivery. Our priority is that you love the items you order and they fit your dog beautifully. To initiate an exchange, please email hello@djangobrand.com.
Exchanges for International Orders
For non-U.S. exchanges, customers are required to ship back the items via their local post office or courier. We are unable to provide free, prepaid return labels for international orders. Once we receive the exchange item, we'll ship out the new replacement item.
RETURNS
Our priority is that you love your DJANGO products and they work for you and your dog pawfectly. If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 30 days from order delivery to initiate a return and receive a refund.
What if my dog has worn an item?
We encourage customers to try on items at home, but we kindly ask that all return items are new, unaltered, unwashed, and dog hair free (a lint brush works great at removing dog hair!).
Is there a return cost?
Yes, the only cost associated with a return is the return shipping label. This cost is based primarily on the weight and size of the package. For smaller items like harnesses, collars, and leashes, the return shipping fee is typically around $6–$7. For larger items such as the DjangoPack™ Dog Carrier Backpack or DjangoTote™ Dog Carrier Bag, the return label cost usually ranges from $10–$15 due to the increased weight and larger box required for safe return. This amount is simply deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
